    got done with a good workout.. was fun.. Had a really good time..







    right now listening to christmas music and heavy metal to get ready for my next workout. should be fun.. Being all natural is the greatest thing about me.. And im hot.

      one of the toughest leg ext machines i have ever used..

      On an easy one i can do the full stack for 30 reps or more with one leg at a time.. Just goes to show how hott im becoming all naturally .. now 3 times as strong as 2004...

          calve machine was too easy.. so i had to do barbell calves after this.

                leg curl machine is the toughest machine ever to do.... Most of the leg curl machines i have used are tough though... Max i did on this was 160 for 1 rep on each leg.. stack goes to 170.. Its real weight too. I can do over 400 free weight..

                did 120 for a set of 5 before this.. On this i did 110 for a set of 5 on each leg.. was easy... just goes to show how hott i am and how extremely powerful im becoming all naturally..

                  full stack and then some extra 30lbs weight on seated chest.. was too easy because i am so hot. Very tough chest machine here.. Just goes to show how powerful my chest is.. Other chest machines i can do the full stack for 100 reps.. not on this one.. This is tough.

                        Its an isolation exercise not a full body workout

                          Did everything so easily and got everything done... Now eating a soy , butter, wedding soup, lettuce, bacon, and dash of candy shake, dont know the caloric content but know its alot.. Doing abs later and rubber band and tube workout....

                            well, these aren't DB's and when using the bar like you did, your hand position is starting way too damn high in the air not even allowing the full stretch of your lat. you're significantly reducing the ROM and taking the entire point of this exercise away. Also, why the hell are you wearing a belt yet you're never straightening your back and always having a real crappy rounded back begging for back problems later on.
