Lookin good man! Keep it up! Keep those calories up. Looks like your doing good with them though. I always seem to grow into a show so my calories go up towards show time.

Yea I started my diet at 3000 calories and holding it there as long as possible.. I did a cut for a powerlifting meet last year and literally deflated completely when I got down to the weight im at now, I wasmuch softer, weaker, and honestly think I dropped about 5lb of muscle because I did a hard cut, restricted calories too much or more so didn't get enough protein I assume, wasn't tracking properly at the time..

I haven't even had to push cardio that hard, 10 mins pre workout 3-4 days a week I'd like 5 times but sometimes time doesn't permit, and 1-2 sessions of 25-45 mins. So when my weight stalls I have no problem starting to up cardio..

I figure if I fired all cannons at once (diet, cardio and fat burners) I'd have nothing to go on when I halted... Now once my diet isn't enough I can up cardio, then maybe again drop cals a bit, then add in ECA or something

I use Kraft Chunky peanut butter, natural tastes so gritty.
