    I'm using msm daily now, but who here is using Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) as part of a joint supplement stack? maybe in combo with glucosamine/chondroitin, what's your dosage high and low?

    I agree with the article When used by itself, people will run up to 2 or 3 grams of MSM per day. Nonetheless, best results can be achieved only when MSM is stacked with other joint supplements, since they work in synergy. In such case 750-1000 milligrams (mgs) per day will be sufficient.

      this stuff is best when used in combination with other ingredients .Dosage for this stuff is all over the place because there is actually no RDA for it
