          Whey protein is fuckin overrated. Got way better results when I switched to whole foods and dropped the shakes. Better off with liquid egg whites, milk, soy milk for fast protein.

              yess whole foods is better obviously but for post workout whey is better because its absorbed faster than a piece of chicken

                not sure how fast whey is really absorbed I rather have bcaas and protein shake pre workout as it is more easily, not necesairly faster digested

                      So you would rather believe some guy on a forum rather than a science article that explains biotin deficiency? How could you possibly argue with that? Raw egg whites can kill you, plain and simple!

                          It seems like you're the one who is extremely obtuse, you would rather believe broscience when I've actually linked to an article that explains what happens when you are deficient of biotin. If you drank raw egg whites every day for ten days, it might not kill you, but if you consumed them regularly, over time, like say a month or two, it CAN kill you, because egg whites rob your body of biotin, a necessary nutrient. I can't believe you would actually argue that I'm the one who doesn't know what I'm talking about!
