    about the kr-ala. I tried some, costs a fuck tonne and works the same as r-ala. I've read all about the positives of kr-ala but dosen't mean anything in real life. And the powder tastes like vomit.

    Gonna even switch to regular ala. So cheap. Half of it is the r isomer which is touted as the better, more performant of the two. But they come in 300mg format which means you get 150mg of r ala anyway. It's said part of the isomer that's not the "r" type in the regular ala interferes with the positive actions of the "r". I doubt that happens in real life and will make the switch next time I need to buy.

    But the stuff works and use it when off slin. I plan on doing slin 2 weeks on, 1 off. But shit like that changes as you go as we've probably all surpassed stuff drug wise we said we'd never do, so don't think slin is any different. Especially when people all see the dose they thought would make them super huge, did pretty much nothing.

      the more you use slin, the less the cookie cutter recommendations of "x" amount of carbs per unit go out the window. C'mon, plenty of guys doing 20 units more per shot. You think they're downing 200+grams carbs per meal after the shots? Lol, no....

        If doing post workout, bring it with you to the gym, screw waiting to get home. You never know what will happen. I'd start drinking the shake right away, then an hour or so later your big ass whole meal.

        Him saying to split your protein from carb drink is not necessary. And his protocol of just using 4-6 units post workout only will do fuck all man. Total f'in waste. If you're training for mass, why the hell would you have less than 100 grams of carbs post workout anyway? or any other meal for the most part. 100 grams of carbs for me covers 15 units of slin easily, why not use that much slin if you eat that much in the first place? Put them carbs to good use.

        Hell, this week, I'd do 15 units of humalog 2 hours before bed and eat a bunch of lucky charms and a 75 gram whey shake. If both previous slin shots are cleared out, why not? Ya do this, or you don't... 4-6 units, lol!!! I'd use that if dieting, not joking.

        Anyway, not bad info, but this whole "slin will kill you" is pure brainwash. Anyone who does this should know what the hell you're doing and have candy on them at all times in case of a problem. I had a bottle of gatorade in the shower with me at first when using it, lol! By my bed, at all times...

          ok IF i where to us it i would want to gain size but not ANY fat... i will be lean bulkin with a diet. iv been off for a long time and want to bulk with as little fat as possable. i know its not easy but im lookin to get this done before 4th of july. if the slin is make me hold any fat i dont want it no matter how much size i will gain from it im already fat (in my mind) and dont want to add any. i want lean shreds not round bulk (watery lookin).

          also i like something like this to be spelled out. even though you say not to start with 4-6iu i would... just to be safe.

              of course you start with low doses like you said! I did 2 units of humalog pre workout my first time! Don`t get no more pussy like than that!!!

              T3 is the best tool to use if you do get a bit of extra fat. I see t3 as a bulking drug anyway, stuff makes you hungry, terrible to use when dieting. I woke up to eat candies last night from 2 days of t3 use. Just 5 days of it with some clen can really clean you up!

              but which slin are you set on using and when?

                but pretty much everyone I've assisted got leaner using slin. People who get fat are always paranoid they`re going hypo or something and eat too much!

                    or how about this? let me know the slin you want to use, post your diet, the times you eat your food, when you train, and I`ll tell you how much to use according to your diet. If you know how to eat to reach your goal, slin will just get you there faster and look bigger/fuller.

                    or pm it to me if you don`t want all that info in the open. I have no problem posting here... Time to burn one last one down and go to bed here...

                          If you take humalog, and want it to work/show, you will be pining that shit a good 4 times per day before your main carb meals. DAy after day, it gets annoying...

                              It's not as complicated as people make it out to me!

                              Google Milos+pre workout insulin to find some good info to get the thought process going! He prefers the log, but his guys train twice a day... You can still use humalin R for such purposes though...

                                12iu's novolog pre-workout works wonders for me. I reap all the good benefits with little to no increase in body fat
