    On trt test, 125 a week, doc prescribed
    Going to do
    1-8 trenadrol 90mg
    1-4 super dmz ** 30mg
    7-10 epistane 50mg
    Cjc/ghrp 100 each 3x a day
    Igf DES 1,3 and igf lr3 for week 1-3 and 8-10

    Been lifting about 5 years and have experimented with just about everything at every dose, recently took 6 months off everything (test included) and crashed hard, just got my ** for it again.
    Was 6'7 275 when I was hard into everything, probably 18-20%

    STARTING STATS
    6'7 230 roughly 12%.

    This will be an all out bulk.
    Monday-off
    Tuesday-legs
    Wednesday-off
    Thursday-chest tri
    Friday-off
    Saturday- back bi
    Sunday- delts


    In all honesty I suspect I'll gain probably 45 lbs, if not more
    Here we go,

    Day 1 is Saturday- will come by with updates regularly
    Will take before measurements and post them Friday.

      Every night before bed I will.
      This is an all out bulk fest, goal is 45 lbs gained in 10 weeks.
      Then hold It for a few months, then diet back down to 250.
      It's inexcusable to be under 250 at my height.

          I took all my measurements last night, and realized I'm probably well below the 13%ish I suspected I was, if I could post a pic I would, but can't from this phone, my arms look like they're 2-3 weeks out from a show, strewn with disgusting Vascularity, Christmas tree easily visible, good sweep in quads, the problem is I've never trained abs and they're horribly underdeveloped so it's just flat, nothing there

          SO!
          I'm not taking the FILTHY bulk approach, gonna go with an "all things considered" clean bulk..I always train on an empty stomach in the AM upon waking, so my prebed meal needs to be enough to fuel me..4-5 cups whole milk, glob of natty pb, 1/2c oats, 0.5-1.0 scoop whey.

          If I play this right..I could look leaner by the time alls said and done.

              Keep in mind, I was 270-275 in my big days..incline pressing 150s for sets of 8, repping. 455 DEEP, full squats, deadlifting 545 easily for sets of 6-8.
              Was RELATIVELY lean, but just overall big and strong.
              Then I quit, everything..came off test, stopped eating and training..shit work, then my mom died, best friend died, I just stopped caring and ended up a puny 215.
              Then bulked quickly up to 250 when I realized what i did to myself. Then dieted to leanest I've ever been, 230

              NOW! I got everything I need for this bulk, and it's on!

                day 1- delts.
                Haven't done a dedicated delt workout in probably 6 months, nor have I done a shoulder press in just as long, was combining chest and medial delt, no presses.
                This was basically just getting a feel for where I'm at strength wise again

                DB press, seated, grabbed 70s to test weight, 20 reps easily, tried 80s, 15 easily, 85s 12 easy.
                Next week I'll start at 90s..was doing 115s at my prime.

                Standing behind neck bb press- 3 easy sets of just 135 for about 12.

                Cable side raises- 2 sets of 15

                Rear delt pec dec- 3x 12-15

                NOW this movement I suggest everyone tries, it's a db lateral raise..ish.
                Grab something heavy, way heavier than you can actual reps with, I usually use 60s or
                65s and do 33% reps..look up while doing them, and do about 35 reps, but with only 1/3 of the movement..4 sets of that followed by an immediate drop to 15s until absolute failure, by the time you're done with the heavy partials the 15 will
                Feel like 100 and your reps should just get sloppy, completely fail.

                Then some traps
                And abs.
                Weighed in 226.


                Won't keep logs for all workouts, but there will be regular updates

                        Anyone who takes more than 100-150 a week trt dose test who gives anyone else shit about health is a hypocrite, justifying his more conservative use to make himself feel better.
                        No steroid is healthy, using any steroid isn't healthy (trt test aside).
                        Use of any steroid, at any dose, is abuse..by definition (again, aside from trt)
                        Anyone taking any drug that isn't used to treat an illness or deficiency of some kind is abusing that drug, which isn't healthy

                          I feel like I have aids and cancer.
                          I vomit regularly and have liquid shit blowing out of my asshole throughout the day.
                          Just did my first leg workout in months and it sucked. I felt like I'd die

                          Super dmz ** is poison and I hate it
                          Will do weigh ins every Friday.

                            Holy shit I just busted up in the middle of my chem lecture reading this lol. Not so positively responsive to strong orals I see...lol. That genuinely sucks man. The only problem I have with dmz is when I hit a vein with an injection it makes the shit explode into a disgusting sub q hematoma. It's bad, I still have a huge one on my abs from an hcg shot lol. Other than that it gets my appetite, but gains off it are nothing short of amazing. Good luck man.

                              I've concluded something peculiar on this..
                              And its been tested over last Several days and countless meals..

                              If a meal is super clean, like chicken and veggies
                              And almonds..I will vomit

                              If a meal isn't clean, but isn't filthy either, like tokyo joes (brown rice, steak, teriaki sauce) I can stomach it

                              If i drink any water around a meal, I vomit.

                              I can eat meals like:
                              Oatmeal; whey mixed with milk, banana and natty pb (breakfast) just fine.
                              1c Greek yogurt, pb, whey, milk, banana. Easy
                              Any kind of fast food (subway, tokyo joes, etc) can stomach

                              It just seems odd that I can't stomach extremely
                              Clean food without vomiting

                              Thereby leaving me 2 choices
                              Stop the super dmz ** (the culprit)
                              Or
                              Don't eat very clean and try to get as huge as
                              Possible
                              On
                              A not very
                              Clean diet.


                              Thoughts?
