    Just stepped on scale now
    262 lbs day 0

    Will also be running test and igf des1,3

    50/50/50/50/50/40/40/40/40/30/30/30/20/20/10

    Is the plan..I've always been a real easy gainer, however in last 6-7 weeks I'm already up about 40 lbs, so I have no idea how much this will do for

    But anyway, have fun! Think we are all on the SD wagon at the moment. You gonna take it all at once or split it up?

      My receptors were shot at the point, was on high doses for so long without break that I just stopped..gained once I went back down to 250 a week test lol

      And I thought I was going to split it up..on these blasts is it smarter to take all at once? (I've never heard of doing that)

        I would split it up. More even blood hormone levels and likely less severe sides.
        50mg is a high dose so youll probably feel a bit off until you lower it.

                Day 1- delt tri
                Db press 95s x 11, way too easy
                Lateral raise 50s x 9, drop 35s fail
                Cable side raise/ forgot weight, but fail
                Tri bar pushdown (on lat pull pulley)- 130x 11-12
                Skull crusher 45+10 each side ez bar about 10 reps
                2h overhead seated db tri press 100x9-10

                Did 1 10rep warmup before each heavy set.
                1 minute rest between all sets.
                Spotter helped on all sets for an extra 2-3 forced reps

                True HIT

                    Day 2-
                    Legs- start with calves
                    Again, all HIT, failure then some.
                    Calf raises (standing)- 1 rest pause set with stack, 12, 4, 2 I think (10 seconds between failures)
                    Seated 3x 45s for about 12, then partials til I couldn't move
                    Leg extension- stack (255)+35lb plate pinned in, got about 15 and a few forced reps
                    Leg press 16x 45s for 7 or 8, then some forced reps, then a few 10 second breaths between reps reps
                    Hack squat- 2x 45, 2x25 (I never do these, usually regular squat)- and I gave up early here, got like 7 then my lungs and heart were exploding so I stopped
                    5 min rest
                    Seated leg curl (glut/ham)- forgot weight, but I think was stack for about 14 and a few forced
                    SLDL- 225 x 8-9 (back hurt, stopped early)

                    Keep in mind, 1 min rest between all sets, so obviously weight is way down for everything except opening exercise.
                    Tomorrow should be rest, but I'm
                    Gonna hit chest and biceps.

                    Legs are the worst on HIT, my cardiovascular endurance is non existent..I

                      Gentlemen, I officially feel methylated..
                      I've napped on and off all day, too lazy at times to even get out of bed to piss.
                      But I do expect to go in tomorrow for chest and biceps to hit some new PRs

                        Decline bb 315x9 (new pr)
                        Incline db 85 x 9
                        Flat fly 45x 10
                        Concentration curl 45 x 10
                        Bb curl 95lbs x 7-8 and a few negatives

                        Again, 1 min rest between all sets

                          Back
                          125 x 9 db pullover
                          200 x total of 15 r/p (9,4,2) close grip pull
                          110 x same as above db row
                          160 x 10-11 seated wide grip row

                          Looking forward to a day of rest tomorrow.

                            Aaaaaaaaaand the side effects have started
                            My nipples are tender
                            I half puked up this weird little pellet, it was about 1-1.5 inches long, soft
                            To the touch, grey in color, perfectly smooth and when it was cut open it
                            Appeared to be layered..a unique looking excrement..
                            Then it happened again a few hours later.
                            Nausea and indigestion vanish once I eliminate that pellet from my body
