      Saturday - shoulders

      Dumbell shoulder press12x10x8x6 - 55,65,75,85
      Leaning lateral raises 12x10x6x6 - 25,30,35,40
      Arnold presses 12x10x8x4 - 25,35,45,55
      Bent over cable lateral raise 12x10x7 - 10,20,30

      Wicked increases in shoulder strength. I will be attempting 90's next week for presses. That is a new record for me.

            Walking Lunges - 4x20 - 45lb Olympic bar.
            Hack squats - 4x10 50lbs
            Fire Hydrants - 4x20
            Standing Calf Raises - 4x10 - 120
            Seated Calf Raises - 10x8x7x7 - 90

            I didn't post for yesterday because I was very short time in the gym so I did a wicked arm workout super setting everything.
