              • changed up my supplement routine as of friday.
                i have access to free supplements, usually i dont take much but since i am cruising i decided to step it up.

                fish oil
                coq10
                glucosamine
                multi vitamin
                vitamin c

                pre workout i have a lot of shit:

                d-stunner
                razor 8
                no xplode
                jack3d
                no shotgun

                also taking some natural test boosters:

                tribulus terrestris
                daa
                zma
                pink magic

                post workout (i mix these up):

                cellmass
                some other post workout creatines that i can't remember
                karbolyn
                gatorade powder

                intra workout:

                amino x
                intravol

                that's about it that i can remember, i dont take them all at once or anything only one pre/post/intra per day.
                i do feel at lot fuller, vascular, energy etc...
                it's not like being on gear but it helps.

                also decided on the oral i will be taking on feb 1st will be a combo of methylstenbolone/oral tren combo.
                stenbolone is the new form of superdrol and is supposed to be as if not more effective as the orignal superdrol and taking in 3-5mg doses. about 12-15 per day would be a heavy dose.
                excited to see how it works out.

                    • Check out San Fierce Domination.....great pre-workout a true once scoop with almost everything being at proven effective dosage....pretty sure the citrulline is a little low than in studies but the studies are ran solo and not in combo with the other ingredients so it may be enough.

                      • I take about 15 supplement pills twice a day of fish oil, coQ, Liver support, vitamins, glucosamine, etc. All together the stuff is expenisve, LOL! But I feel great!

                          yeah i feel better now.

                          supplements work but they are just "supplements", some lose sight of that and think a pill or powder will substitute diet/training.

                            • legs today and felt pretty good.

                              went up to 495 for 2 working sets on squats.
                              good pumps.

                              checked bodyfat today and i was 13.8% average of 3 tests.
                              so less than 4 weeks and i gained about 4% bodyfat from cheating once per day.
                              joints feel better too.
                              i don't feel better, supplements are helping but my libido is down and energy is down as well.
                              and no more tren-somnia or red face/body; i am looking pretty damn pasty white for sure.
                              going to start tanning again.

                              0 lbs lost, but 4% body fat gained. actually i think i may have gained a few lbs but i can't really remember my weight when i stopped.

                                cheats are blowing me up for sure.
                                i will stop cheating daily and cheat 2 times every 7 days beginning the second or third week of jan.

                                training is going well. taking an extra day off now, not recovering as fast as i was.

                                chest/bi's/calves or abs
                                back/tri's/calves or abs, rear delts or traps
                                off
                                delts/rear delts or traps
                                legs
                                arms/forearms, calves or abs, core and stretching
                                off
