  • grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, just realized i dont have the fish i thought i did!
    oh well that means i am going to the diner and getting a sirloin and egss with potatoes and grits. no oil, butter, or sugar.

    hopefully it wont be too heavy for preworkout.

    going to the grocery store too, have to get some fruit, veggies, milk and some chicken.
    damn it's going to be a late night. lol. been up since 5am. oh well i get to sleep in tomorrow.

    • just got back in and put the groceries away, another $100 bucks ha ha.

      ate at applebee's, haha. had a 12oz sirloin, with 2 large baked potatoes, no oil, butter on anything. i had 5 people come up to me and ask why i was eating like that, or how can you eat those potatoes without anything on them. people are funny, they are just amazed when someone eats like they should. and 2 people that worked there asked me what my shirt meant?, i was wearing an animal shirt. it is the one from when evan competed at the arnold. weird dinner.

      arms (heavy) and shoulders (light) tonight.
      pump was nuts!!!!!!!!!!!
      felt great, real strong.

      drinking a shake right now with 40g dextrose, oats, and some fig bars fig bars are kind of a cheat for me.

      • arms (heavy)

        -warmed up and stretched a little

        -close grip bench press
        135x15, 185x15, 225x15, 315x15, usually don't go over 315 due to injuries but i went up to 365 and got 12 good reps.
        -skull crushers
        started with 25lb plates on ez curl bar and went up to 45's. 4 sets, 15 reps on the first 3 sets, think i got 12 on the last set.
        -reverse grip straight bar press downs
        -rope push downs for finishing exercise, 7 sets

        -ez curl bar outside grip
        went up to 45lb plates on these, 4 sets
        -seated alt db curls
        -hammer curls
        -21's for finshing exercise 6 sets

        shoulders (light)

        -side laterals
        -front raises
        -shrugs
        superset these, high volume, little to no rest.

        • legs tonight.
          workout was shorter than usual, i hurt my back a bit on stiff leg deads. nothing terrible but i couldn't go anymore after that.
          feeling good overall, dbol is working well. staying pretty lean. vascular.
          the sweating is getting out of control, haha. not even on the tren yet.
          sweating so bad that i am afraid i am going to short out my laptop when typing. leave puddles everywhere. gets old but it comes with the territory.

          • I hear you on the sweating, bud. It really sucks, but it is part of this.

            My puppy is bumping me as I type and I am having a hard time not misspelling! I think he wants a snack.

            You ever do rotator cuff exercises? I have and they're great. I use 15lb dumbbells for three sets of 12 reps, upright and lying on each side. Chronic shoulder problems cleared up like nothing.

            You haven't said anything about shoulder problems, but I understand the rotator cuff exercises are great to prevent injury in the first place. Haven't done them in 8 months, but the benefits remain . . .

              my dog gets pissed when i am on the computer, lol. super jealous.

              yeah i have some shoulder problems.
              separated my labrum, and tore my rotator cuff in 3 places. had a few surgeries on it but it's pretty good now.
              it's the main reason i don't go to heavy on chest exercises.

              i do some exercises for it, and i go to physical therapy 3 times per week for it my knees and back.

                        i ate so much chicken yesterday i had to add some flavor man. didn't have any fish or red meat cooked so i ate about 4lbs of chicken yesterday. it was getting old

                        just about everything i use is sugar free. that way if i want to cheat a little i can have some candy or something and it's not so bad because i haven't ate much if any sugar.
                        i have been using sugar free shit for so long that i prefer it over real sugar. real sugar makes me sick feeling usually. especially soda, can't drink real soda.
                        but i still like some candy now and then, twizzlers and cotton candy are my favorites.

                        • I eat chicken three to four times per day, seven days per week, and I don't get tired of it. But I have a high tolerance for eating the same food, as long as it is well prepared!

                            yeah me too, problem was that day i was eating most of it out of the tupperware without being able to heat it up and without condiments. it was my fault for not being as prepared as i should have been.
                            typically i eat 3 chicken, 1 egg, 1 red meat, and 1 fish meal. also usually have 2 shakes.
                            wish i could eat the red meat every meal since i get it for free. i'm pretty sure i would be dead in year if i did, ha ha.

                            • well i cheated several times today and i feel like shit now, lol.
                              i always feel bad after i eat bad.

                              cheats today: cereal, fig bars, 4 slices of pizza, wings, twizzlers. got the rest of my meals in but i did sub the pizza for one meal, the other cheats were after i ate a meal.
                              sluggish because of it.

                              muscles are staying really full and pumped all day. not really when i wake up but within 30 minutes of my first meal they are.
                              calves and quads are just ridiculous, i have 21 stairs in my place and by the time i get to the top i feel like i have done 50 squats.
                              when i walk the dog they do the same, also went to the grocery store about an hour ago and had to stop and sit down because my back and quads were so tight.
                              doesn't really bother me, i'd rather have it that way than feeling flat or fat all day.

                              • when you starting the tren, week 4? you doing 100 mg eod this time around for 400mg m w f sun, or just mwf for 300 mg?
