  • First Cycle log

    400mg test enanthate (200mg twice a week)
    - every Sunday night and Thursday morning
    - I plan on running 10-12 weeks, I have enough for 15 weeks though

    I already pinned last Thursday morning in the left shoulder


    5'9''
    187lbs- goal is to gain 20+ pounds

    Split:
    usually hit every bodypart twice a week
    havtn done cardio in a while

    Protein-375-400g
    Carbs- 500(training days) 250 (off day)
    Fats- 50g
    I plan on adding cals each week

      after 9wks for most the gains start to fall off. so if your plaining on goin for 15 wks you might want to either cut it at 10 or up the dose a little aroung wk 10. when i say a little i mean like 1-150mg wk 200 at the most wk,

            lol i was gonna update every 2 weeks or so...
            basically 2 weeks in - 4pounds up(moreso diet relatedi think)

            i shot my quad last week. i developed a lump about an inch above the spot and it stayed for 3-4days. i pinned the other quad sunday..it went in fine and no lump at all. idk if this was somethin to be concerned about..it wasnt swollen or anything just a lump

                      3 weeks through: 7.5lbs up


                      3rd week: weights are starting to increase noticeably
                      ive incorporated more rest days and it seems to have worked
                      my split looks like this
                      day 1: chest/shoulders
                      day 2: legs
                      day 3: off
                      day 4: back/ shoulders
                      day 5: arms
                      day 6-7: off

                        i just trained back/ shoulders and my workout was this:
                        bent over rows 6x
                        chin ups 3x
                        pull ups 3x
                        tbar rows 6x
                        hyperextensions 3x
                        barbell shrugs 6x
                        rear laterals 4x
                        hanging swing 4x


                        - my strength has increased. i dont feel bigger but im def stronger. ive been pinning quads/ delts with no pain
                        ----my libido is through the roof too. im getting random boners non stop lol

                            just trained arms, this was my workout:

                            tri pushdown 4x
                            db preacher curl 5x
                            close grip bench 5x
                            db hammer curl 4x
                            incline tri ext 5x
                            db preacher curl (neutral grip) 4x
                            db tri ext 4x
                            ez bar reverse curl 4x
                            db kickbacks 4x
                            barbell curl 4x

                            - ppl at the gym tellin me im getting bigger but i feel the same
                            - im pinning tmr night and next 2 days are off days

                              my diet is as follows:

                              1: 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup cottage cheese, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 banana
                              2: 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oats, pb
                              3: 2 cans tuna, 1.5 cup oats
                              pwo: protein shake with bagel (65g carbs)
                              4: 2 cans tuna, 2 cups white rice
                              5: 8 oz. chicken, 1.5 cup rice, 1tbsp olive oil in a salad
                              6: 8 oz. chicken or 2 cans tuna, 2tbsp olive oil, 1 oz. almonds
                              - i may add in more carbs at meal 2 some days

                              on off days i up my protein a bit, and drop my carbs, fat stays the same
                              ex. instead of eating 2 cups white rice at meal 4 ill only have 1 cup
