        how is your system tolerating that much oatmeal? for me personally I found 2 cups a day to bloat me something horribly with gastro issues......1 cup a day(dry measure of course) I dont get those issues.I get rest of carbs from rice and potatoes.......just curious is all

          Any sides? do you think this would be a good cycle to start off with for a first time user? i've never pinned my self before. Easy? difficult?

              Most guys complain quads hurt like a motherfucker ....ever try glutes?
