    Well turned pretty much into a full leg workout was feeling good so i figured why not

    SLD for warm up
    Deadlifts
    Box Squats
    Leg press super set with leg extension
    Standing Calf raises
    ABS

    Pretty good workout no problems with the back....its been months since i could make it through a leg workout without any pain

        Yea i lift on how i feel when i don't have a partner....if it is suppose to be an arm day and i go in and not feeling the arms and the chest gets nice and pumped then i will just do a chest workout.....
        I have plans tomorrow so i decided to hit the gym again and do tomorrows workout today so i can basically have a lazy day tomorrow...Nothing but morning cardio then have to get stuff ready for my works christmas party

        My post count to other members on here is going to be ridiculous..haha if i ever get a new tower or get my usp ports fixed then i will get pics of myself, the gym, and some meals i make just to spice it up a little.

            dont know if i missed it or didnt see it but whats your plan? to bulk up or lean out or just get into better shape? where do you want this diet to take you?

              Well I guess to lean out..recomp probably.i mean i am pretty lean already just have a little layer of fat on my lower stomach...just want to get rid of it again then bulk again on my next blast...a slow bulk this time

                14% is not lean..... thats over 32lbs of fat on you.

                  Thats was just my initial guess i haven't had it tested i was just throwing a number out there but i am not extremely lean like i said only real "fatty places is lower stomach" and some could be loose skin i was 280 lbs at one point in my life dropped to 187 pretty quick

                    Woke up this moring with a little bit of a stiff back....still no where near the pain i use to be in after lifting legs.
                    Nothing today but elliptical

                            Well my test is still high so and i should finish out around the end of December so i am aiming at middle of February or even wait till march
