    Well I have been having some interesting talks with a fellow forum member and he has basically became my diet/cycle coach. He can reveal himself if he wishes.
    I decided i would log my experiences with the diets and cycles he sets up for me.
    As of right now i am coming to an end of my current blast.....Basically using an extra test e vial i had 800 mg of test per week. Decided to throw it on the end of my 9 week test tren cycle (750/300)

    Current stats
    Height:6'3''
    Weight: roughly 230 really go by how i look dont really weigh myself that often but going to start once a week once the new diet settles in.
    Body Fat: around 14%

    Diet set up
    Meal 1
    4 whole eggs 2 whites + 40g of carbs from oats (59g measured before cooking)
    Meal 2
    2 protein + 40g of carbs from oats
    Meal 3
    10 oz (going to see if 8 oz will do) chicken + 40g of carbs from white rice
    Meal 4
    10 oz chicken + 40g of carbs from brown rice
    Meal 5
    10oz chickes + 40g of carbs from sweet potato
    Meal 6
    2 protein + 15g of fats (either almonds or oil)


    This will totally be different then what i am use to. I usually do moderate protein, low carb, high fat diets but i am putting total trust in this member and like I told him I have all the time in the world to make adjustments (in theory) been training for 10 years now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

    I will post workouts as well

    Today Arms +Forearms with 30 minutes of cardio will spare the details because of post length already.....Hope i get some followers in here will probably update daily
    Any questions i will do my best to try and answer

        Thanks for following guys.

        My usual split
        Sunday-chest and back
        Monday- Bi's Tri's Forearms and abs
        Tuesday- Off
        Wednesday- Legs
        Thursday-Shoulders
        Friday- Off
        Saturday- Optional leg workout if i feel as if i can have a productive workout rarely take it off

        Cardio right now is 40-45 minutes daily on elliptical

        But my training partner has been sick so Saturday I did Legs in the morning and came back in the afternoon and git chest and back....had a date with a new girl that night so i had some nervous energy to work off and i Did arms yesterday so today is just a 45 minute elliptical session.

              Seated DB Press
              40's,50's,60's,80'sx12 90'sx12
              Standing Military Press super-set with side laterals presses
              135x10; 20'sx12 (3 sets)
              155x10; 20'sx12 (3 sets)
              Rear delt rope pulls(my gym is old school some machines are not numbered)
              2 holes down x15(2 sets)
              3 holes downx15 (2 sets)
              Seated Front press
              85,95,115,135x12
              Reverse Flys
              20'sx15
              25'sx15 (2 sets)
              Front Raises
              20's, 25's (2 sets)x12
              Barbell Shrugs in Front Pause at the top for 2 seconds
              135,225,225xx10 315x8(guess i was to pussy to get the last 2)
              Then I did drop sets of 315,225,135 no rep count just went to failure
              DB Shrugs
              95'sx15 3 sets
              Also did Abs and 30 minutes cardio

              Diet is on point.......I stay fuller and pumped longer because of the added carbs...i am also feeling looking leaner as well....my guess is i actually have enough glycogen to push my muscles out against my skin.

                Hack squats super-set with Smith machine squats close stance
                SLDL
                Calf raises off of hack squat machine
                Calf raises using barbell

                    ya man, carbs aren't always the enemy they are made out to be
                    figured that out when I doubled my carb intake once during a contest prep.......i dont respond nearly as well to low carbs as I thought I did...my body likes carbs, but I still rather eat steak lol

                      Carbs are definitely tasty.....well i am just going to cruise at 250 i heard its a good idea to still take nolva and i will keep running my fermoron for a bit but i will have to ask the boss what his thoughts are on that ha

                        Diet is on track.....not really hard for me to follow an eating plan...strength is still up and climbing....Been having so many different emotions here of late not really an emotional guy but some good and some bad keep coming up and i use that as fuel for the gym.

                          Just cardio today.....I will probably just do cardio tomorrow as well....my quads actually feel like they are starting to tear so i think its a good idea to skip out on my optional leg day....My lifting partner will be back this Sunday which is good news

                            had something happen that gave me another emotional surge...and the only way i know how to deal with it is through exercise....no body parts left to train so i hit the elliptical again

                              Hit up the elliptical this morning.....When i wake up from my morning nap I will hit the gym for some deads/hams/calves if my legs feel good
