  • Test E, Tren A, Oral Msten/Tren Log. January-April

    Been meaning to start this new log for over a month now. i have been updating through my last log (http://forums.musculardevelopment.co...none-cycle-log) but i am going to begin logging on this thread now.

    Cycle:
    Test E: 1g per week. weeks 1-12
    Tren A: 200mg eod. weeks 4-10
    Msten/Tren: sten-10mg per day, tren 40mg per day. weeks 1-4

    12 week blast then i will cruise again for 6-8 weeks.

    weeks 1-4 update:
    -started off really rough the first 3 weeks or so of this cycle. i was sick 2 times and lost a significant amount of weight. i have since gained it all back and added a lb or two while losing %2 bodyfat.
    -diet: been doing really well at getting all my meals in. i average 6 whole food meals and 2 shakes per day. i have been averaging a cheat every other day. average cheat size is 1000 cals, typical cheats.
    -supps: last 60 days or so i have been using a ton more of otc supps than i have the past year or two.
    multi vitamin/mineral
    glucosamine/chondrotin/collagen
    creatine
    bcaa's
    eaa's
    neaa's
    all the fatty acids and fish oils
    pre workout/intra workout/post workout
    digestive enzymes
    liver, prostate, blood pressure
    probably some others i can't think of.

    -training: going well considering getting sick and losing weight. this week i will begin lifting much heavier for lower reps. will do that for about 6-8 weeks.

      also something new for me begins today, i will begin using anastrozole for 4 weeks to see how i react. only thing i would normally use is formestane while on but i am going to see how i react to this.
      any input/opinions or past experiences with using anastrozole?

      i will be using .25mg eod.

            looks amazing...out of curiosity how many pumps of formeron do you use while on...i have been using 2 you think I could get away with just 1

              i did 2 per day while on oral/test, then while just on test i did one.
              you could do one per day and be ok.
              or you could do one per day on, and 2 per day off.

              i would do one per day and add another pump per day if necessary.

                pumps while training are just ridiculous.
                i get crazy pumps just from warming up and stretching, then even worse when actually training. i can't even make a fist lol. love it!

                  mon: 1.2cc test e, 2 cc tren a, .25mg anastrozole
                  wed: 1.2cc test e, 2 cc tren a, .25mg anastrozole

                        not as bad so far. but body temp is much higher this time. more vascular too.
