  • chest, shoulders and triceps today.
    felt good, little lazy when i began but i felt good by the end.
    weather is so amazing lately. been spending a lot of time outside and going on walks as small form of cardio but nothing major.
    cheated last night with some chocolate and cheese, felt like shit after lol.

        • everything is going good.
          still on the same training split.

          plan for gear as of right now:
          i am planning on cruising at 500mg per week until august. probably 2nd week of august.
          i am going to only go as high as 750mg per week this time.
          not final on this yet but i think i am going to use;
          750mg/week/test e
          600mg/week/eq
          30mg/day/superdrol/weeks 1-4

          -lowering the test dose i have felt just as good on 750 as on 1g and seems a little cleaner.
          -never used eq before but i am excited. i am fairly vascular even when cruising and being a fat ass and from what i know eq increases vascularity as much as anything so i am excited about that.
          -superdrol.... well i have a lot of it on hand and it's clean properly dose sd. i respond well to it so i am going to include it.
          -cruising longer this time just to take a little break and i am leaning out (slightly) for the summer, not really planned but i am much more active and outside which causes me to lean out and i cut cheats and carbs back slightly. not really a good combo for growing so i will get to about 10% and stay at that until august. at which time august until december at least will be an all out bulk. consisting of wet compounds, heavy weights, and a lot of carbs

          • Good deal, i'm ready to see how you like EQ. Your hunger should be through the roof! Some people do not respond that great from it, but others love it. I personally like it at 800 mgs. I noticed a hell of a lot more difference than on 600 mg.

              how long do you run it and when do you start it in a cycle?

              • With EQ, it can be discouraging at first because you wont usually see nice changes until 6 weeks or so. Typical length is around the 16 week mark. Since it is ran for a longer cycle, I throw it in at the start with the test. Kick the orals in at the beginning so you can get some good effects from them, so by the time you come off the orals you will begin to see the EQ start to get into effect. In the past I tried a higher dose of test around 750-1000mg and 600mg of EQ and to tell you the truth, the last time I ran test at 500 mg and 800 mgs of EQ and I looked a shit load different. I did not have any water bloat and I felt healthy.

                        average heat index is over 100 with an average of 80% humidity. i love it. i feed off the heat and sun.
                        makes it a little harder to stay heavy because i sweat within 5 secs of being outside, literally. but i am doing alright right now. feeling pretty good.

                            top is steak cuts, filet, sirloin etc...
                            middle is ground sirloin.
                            bottom is ground deer.

                            it is normally full but running low on beef. time to slaughter.

                              • training split for the next 8 weeks:

                                i do 3 compound exercises for each body part, 3 sets per exercise, 6-8 rep range, 1-3 min rest. 1 isolation finishing exercise for each body part 5-7 sets, 10-15 rep range 10-15 second rest.

                                1. chest/back
                                2. shoulders/arms
                                3. quads/hams
                                4. abs/calves/forearms/traps/rear delts
                                5. back/chest
                                6. arms/shoulders
                                7. hams/quads
                                8. abs/calves/forearms/traps/rear delts

                                -no off day, i use day 4 and 8 as "off days" since the training is not as heavy and hard for those body parts.
                                -diet is still lighter on carbs and sodium. i am eating fruit 3 times per day since it is in season and i love it.
                                -supps are the same
                                -still doing a little more "cardio", long walks, hiking, biking, canoeing, swimming, stepmill.
                                -can't wait for the next blast. i miss the energy, strength, and vascularity.
