  • Elf's Testosterone Trek.

    My name, as far as you're concerned, is Elf. I am 21 years old and a natural competitive bodybuilder. I have been competing since I was 18 years old. I am 5'7" and about 190lbs @ 15(ish)% BF. I took about a year off of lifting and dieting. I have been back at it for a little over 5 months now, natural. After a conversation with a few bodybuilding friends, I decided to compete again - this time, with the big boys. After much rumination, I have decided to purchase 10 10mL bottles of Test Enthanate and some ancillary products as well. The cycle will be started as soon as I receive my order, which should be arriving in a few days. Until then I'll be posting workouts sans-drugs.

    My cycle will look like the following:
    • Test Enth: 500ew/500ew/500ew/500ew/500ew/500ew/500ew/500ew/500ew
    • Dianabol: 40ed/40ed/40ed/40ed
    • Nolvadex: 40ed/40ed/20ed/20ed
    • (I may also throw in some Dianabol in the 2-3 week bridge between the end of my cycle and the beginning of the Nolvadex.)


    My lifting schedule is a 5 day a week, high volume, high weight routine:

    • Legs
    • Chest
    • Shoulders
    • Back
    • Arms
    • Rest
    • Rest


    My diet consists of the following. My first meal is typically a large sandwich with 9oz. fresh deli meat and a few tablespoons of Olive Oil Mayonnaise on Potato Bread and a glass of almond milk. The rest of my meals are 10oz. chicken/fish/steak/turkey with 1.5 Cups of white rice or potatoes. I throw in 1 Cup of veggies in every meal and a glass of almond milk. I intake about 3,600 calories a day. For snacks I eat Tuna or Sardines or Iso-Pure protein shakes. During the cycle I plan on upping my intake to 4,000 calories.

    Iso-Pure Protein Powder
    Fitness Pro Multi Vitamin

    I will be posting updates on my general well-being, every workout, some meals and, of course, progress pictures. I will have before pictures up sometime this week or next.

    Any help or criticism is welcomed. I have thick skin and a very broad back. Bring it on.

        Western Union had an error on their end with transactions. So, unfortunately the stuff won't be coming in until late next week, or the week following next. I'll still be posting workouts in the mean time and get before pictures up.

          Anxious to see your results. Why only 9 weeks? I'd personally go 12 or so. By the time you get roaring on this stuff it'll be time to come off.

            I'm anxious to see my results too.

            I've been contemplating going on for 12 weeks, but I wasn't sure if I ought to. Not as if there are any real reasons why I oughtn't, but 9 weeks just sounded like a good time frame. If I feel comfortable stretching out the time frame, I'll adjust it mid-cycle. I'll have enough Test to last me quite a while.

                  a true legend,,,gets pancreas takes donations from a few people for medical ,,,now hes back to training and using the money he scammed to buy gear,,i see g4p in his near future then death from liver and kidney failure

                          I am very sore from last night's workout. I am going to take today off and get a lot of rest after I get off of work. My hamstrings are torn to bits.

                          I am getting antsy having to wait for this shipment. I got my tracking number today. It looks like I will be getting it this week, if the plane/van doesn't crash.
