    Took first shot last night (1cc Sustanon250) and 30mg Winstrol this morning.
    Legs:
    Lying leg curls- warm up 3 sets of 80

    Leg press 4 sets 270/15 450/12 540/10 450/20

    Leg Ext 3 sets 150/15 200/10 250/8

    Seated Leg Curls 3 sets (last set drop set) 120/12 170/10 230(drop 30lbs 4 times)/6 each dropset.

    Standing ham curls 3 sets 60/15 70/15 75/12

    Hack squats/seated leg press (super) 3 sets 180(hack)/270(leg press)

    Dumbbell Front squats 3 sets 90/12 100/8 120/8

    Seated calf press 3 sets 180/15 270/15 360/12

    Seated calf raise 3 sets 90/20 135/15 180/12

    Legs are exhausted lol. I love high volume.

      I didnt feel it going in at all. Oddly. About 30 minutes later I could feel it...but not in a painful way. It has yet to hurt or feel tender. Either I didnt do it right or I hit a sweet spot?

              You got some strength! A bagel and PB was your entire breakfast?

              My breakfast is usually 1-1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 eggs, a cup or two of whole milk, a serving of PB, and a scoop of whey.... And I'm still smaller/weaker.... Asshole, lol.

                Thanks man. The incline press was a PR. I get stomach ache very easily if I train on a full stomach. So I usually eat light breakfast or a protein shake.

                    Ive only taken 2 shots...500mg of sust so far. And in one week I have gained 10lbs. I run a gym. My strength is way up and I look alot bigger...well thats what people are saying. I really didnt think it would be that noticable so soon. Is this normal...should I be alarmed. Diet hasnt changed neither have workouts.

                      You can't realy say anything so soon... It could be anything at this point... Orals are fast but wini is supposed to suck unless using very high doses. The prop in sus is fast, but it's dosed low...

                        Yeah I know the prop is low and the winny is @ 30mg a day...only fo water retention not for the growth part. At first I thought people were just bullshittin me and saying awwe man youre getting bigger and leaner. Figured the increase in strength was partially all in my head...but then I stepped on the scale.

                              I wish I could do bb curls.... I prefer bb's over db's all the way around, bt bb curls tear my wrist up! It gets ugly...
