    uhhhh, I hope I don't sound like an ass here, but I don't keep track of my weight in kilograms...see here in the good ole USA we like to measure our weight in a little something called pounds.....

      Who the hell knows how many kilograms they weigh?

                      Not sure exactly what my body mass is, (if its my total weight or muscle weight, please fill me in.) but when i was pretty lean about 236 at 5'8" i was taking in anywhere from 350 to 400 grams a day. Old saying goes everyone is different and it seemed to me that my body reacted very well to that. Calories were appr. 3750 -4500 and carbs about 250 or 300 grams a day. i will soon be back on that soon. I want to see where im at now. I know i need work on back and chest but my arms are at 19.5inches now.

                        Hot Damn PECS, your calorie count is enormous. I try and shoot for 1.5/g/lb BW. Typically 350-375 g daily.

                            Protein intake: 200+ a day

                            Even when I cycled and was 260 at 10-11% BF I never ate more than 250g a day. I do not believe the body needs more than that to grow.
