      • Its changed, 225 on training days, 250 on non training days. I love my protein.

        • At the moment I weigh 215 (maintenance weight) so I aim for about 215 grams of protein per day. When I bulk I up the protein stays at 1gram protein per 1 pound of body weight but I increase complex carbs. When I diet I slowly increase the protein up to a max of 400 grams per day while dropping fats all the way to 25-50 grams daily.

                      • I have a friend who trained in jail for 2 years and gained 20lbs..He said he gained the weight from sleeping so much because obviously the meals suck..How would you guys explain this? He only ate 3 crap meals a day

                          • I weigh 283lbs (but slowly dieting down) and my protein intake changes depending on the day since I'm on a carb rotation. If averaged I take in around 350gr daily.
