        I had ostrich a few times great meat if i could find it now i woul eat it more often its red meat but with distinct flavour and low in fat

                      I love turkey, but rarely get my hands on some that tastes asnice as it can and isnt dry.

                      Chicken and Tuna are my most common protein sources along with protein shakes of course, mainly because of ease and cost, it aint expensive and with how much i eat....cost is important.

                          I live in seaside of mediterrenean sea, fish is cheap for me;bass,salmon and sardines. 1 dollar 2 pounds of sardines
                          Red meat is expensive 2 pounds 10 dollars
                          Eggs? yes it is cheap protein source for every bodybuilder in worldwide

                          Ok, supplements in my country? Stay tight...
                          750 gr whey powder 50 dollars!!!
                          300 gr Creatine 40 dollars!!!
                          Import products are fckng expensive in Turkey guys

                          You live an supplement heaven, but steroids are free in here
