Dude is fuckin' ambitious. How many other pro's in the shadow of an injury & rumor of retirement still actually making business gains AND maintain hype? Dude know's whats up on how & when he drops specific info. Mad props to him, despite a physique that hasn't been pleasing since that Ironman, dude has really done well for himself and bodybuilding.
Not a fan of the physique, but mad respect for the man and his mind.

good on jay he reps the sport 100%..never been a fan of the physique but the guy was or still is as of the last olympia top2 in the world for a decade....hes lost a lot of size with the bicep issue,maybee its time for him to retire..?cant see him being anywhere near phill this year the days of the mass monster are over (thank fuck)phills brought it to a new level a new look..whatever he does hes done alot for bodybuilding an im sure he will continue to do so..props to ya jay a true champion on an off stage
