The NPC Jr. Nationals Contest in the landscape of the NPC as it relates to the IFBB, is a very significant Contest which served as a "Platform" for many future great champions in our sport on the Pro Stage!

Thanks Shawn, this will be my first national show. Im coming off a huge overall victory at the NPC Michigan State Championsip. I hope to well.

Here's a great interview between Shawn Ray and Sergio Oliva Jr. This is Sergio's first National Stage show and the pressure is on because this is the first time on stage in front of his father. It's real interesting to hear that Sergio Sr really hasn't had the training Sergio Jr would need for guidance.

Times have changed but let's see if genetics do flow down the line.
