    QUESTION:

    Dennis, judging from your training videos, you seem quite relaxed when lifting and you seem to go relatively 'lightweight', compared to the intensity of videos of Kai Green and others. A far cry from most of your photos where you truly look hardcore. Can you describe how you look at intensity? You believe in better results through calm and proper form compared to high intensive hardcore workouts?

    yep, he has one of the best back lat spreads today thick and wide! Lower back is great too! Tiny waist enhances the V-taper! I hope Dennis gets in the top 5 again this year!

    his lats were never the problem hes probably got the best outter lats on stage, its his fuckin mid back from upper traps down to erectors...its really weird because his back sinks in from shallowness and it may be genetics but i really dont think he can really ever have a thick back where the muscles hangs 3 to 4 inches away from his spine

    What type of training did you implement in order to improve your lower lats this year and how did it vary from last year? Exercises? Stretching? Any other changes?

    I am not talking about training for your spinal erectors, but speciffically for your lower lats.

    Also, you have a fast metabolism Dennis and that same issue has plagued me for quite some time, as far as having a hard time eating enough to get much past 270 lb's. I don't gain much fat at all even when consuming over 5,500 calories daily.

    What do you do in order to keep increasing your calories without continously feeling like your stomack is going to pop and regularly feeling miserable, unless of course you are miserable? LOL.
