        I always start my diet 16 weeks out. I stay pretty lean in the off season. The first 3 or 4 weeks I don't carb cycle and just progressively drop carbs as I see needed. Once I reach a sticking point, I will start carb cycling. As I get closer to a contest, the low days get lower and the high days get higher. I am currently around 70 to 80 grams on low days and 500 to 750 grams on high days.

            Trust me. It sucks. lol It was a slow progression to that many carbs. Didn't start out like that and the high days are actually worse then the low ones. I could eat 2000 grams of carbs on the high days. The diet now is basically no energy on the low days and starving on the high days.

                    Not every high day is 750. This is just the highest I will go if I am really depleted.
