  • ITS ON!!! ROAD TO THE ARNOLD BEGINS: KAI GREENE TRAINS LEGS

MD has officially started the ROAD TO THE ARNOLD starting off with Kai Greene. Kai is looking to come into the Arnold bigger and harder this year. At 5 weeks out, Kai was 294 and his legs were ripped. Under the eye of Oscar Ardon, Kai is going to bring the "freak factor" to this years Arnold.

I see a good battle of Kai and Branch happening at the Arnold. I can't choose who will win this one.
    Prepare to get Rocked:

hopefully it includes some of the heavy ass KAi training which mysteriously has never been taped lol.

ANds hes NOT 290+ until he steps on a scale and proves it.

I wish kai all the best though, hopefully he comes in SHREDDED

Oscar told me since he tweaked his back after the Olympia, he has been limited by what he can do but he has been seeing Dr. Camp and as in the video he said it was the first time he got under 5 plates since the Olympia..

Thats some good squatting. I have to ask though, with Kai's wrist bent backward like that, doesn't that impair his bench pressing(flat, incline).
