    202 Mr. Olympia Kevin English is still lifting heavy only two (2) weeks out to the 2010 IFBB NY Pro. His competition better watch out, Kevin is packing a ton of muscle. Check out the footage we shot of Kevin and his partner Mike Camp training back and rear delts at Bev Francis' Powerhouse gym in Syosset, NY.

        I am always surprised by the terrible form used on dumbell rows. I guess if you want to jerk the weight up 8" into your ribcage, instead of a full pull up to your hip, more power to you. I don't get it though.

        However, can't argue with Kevin's physique: whatever he does, it works!

                i actually find it to be more effective with a heavier weight and slightly shitter form.

                      Talk about lack of intensity. You can really see the difference between which pros really go all out and which ones only think they do. What does Kevin do, smoke weed with his pre-workout meal?
