I can see Jaroslav Horvath doing very well in the 202's but I think a slightly tighter Namat will take it.

Jeff Long has a chance to win now that he has fired his "guru" George Farah.
Open your eyes NPC and IFBB competitors, George's clients are never hard or tight enough. The guy has no education in nutrition, and his famous plan for all clients of "20-25 minutes of cardio" has doomed his clients over and over. Shiloh Steinmetz, a half dozen clients at jr. nationals( no class winners), USA clients- Sean allen, fred smalls, and several others (no class winners). The consistent problem is always not ripped, always needed to be leaner, tighter. What a flippin joke- you too can come in less than your best, just pay $2,500-$4,000 depending on how you negotitiate, and enjoy the narrow minded, lack of knowledge plan that he wastes your time and money on.
Oh I know, he trains Branch Warren!!! After the way Branch looked at Arnold Classic, its time for Branch to do his own prep.
Then there is the case of Jerome Furguson. He was harder and bigger at the bb.com booth, off-season, at the Olympia expo. Sure, Jerome got 1st at masters nats, but it was his worst condition, and the smallest he has ever been at a show in years!! Don't believe me, check out the photos of jerome, George Farah had him looking soft (chest looked like he needed a bra) and his legs were watery. It was more of a lifetime achievement gift to a good person, instead of the best man winning.

                    Henry's got this one.

                    Ava Cowan FTW in figure.

The Jeff Long you are talking about has 0 chance of winning this show no matter who is doing his diet. LOL
