  • Shawn I love the play by play and the critiquing its really nice when you're a competitor to hear your thoughts. I was number 317 in the light heavies, my name is Brendon Doherty, I placed 12th. Here are a few pics from the site, what are some major weak points that stand out? Id love some more feedback from anyone for that matter, I was hoping to place better than 12th but Il be back better next year! Thanks for any comments

thank you both, I am killing myself right now to be the best i can be in vegas, so if i survive till july 30th it hopefully will be GAME ON! jr. nationals was the most embarrasing showing of my entire life, so i got get redemption so i can look back at laugh at that show, cause right now it hurts . I fucked so many things up its not even funny, I should have been a light heavy as i was 204 tuesday and should have had a safe carb up and dryed out to about 197 (based on past show's weight drops). instead i went from 204 to 213 friday night . so lessoned learned and time to move on and get it done, GAME ON! NO EXCUSES!

Being dissapointed in your performance is probably the best motivation for your next show...and thats your focus. Channel those emotions into your training and diet man...u know what you're capable of!

            Matt,

Does anyone advise you as to your steroid intake? What drugs and how much do you take?

Thanks, and congratulations on your win.

Impressive right out of the gate with descent size and shape for his height. I just wish he were a little sharper but has a wicked most muscular.

Tallish, needs more thickness. Hams are good but Posing needs work. Back Dbl Bi is impressive but needs depth. Serratus is good, thighs need more sweep.

Great Double Bi Opening shot! Quality muscle. Arms are impressive! Back is Wide, hams soft. This guy has shape and balance, sure to be in the hut! Good Crab Shot but has a Pec tear on left side.

Hard but light in color, Side shots are good. Soft from the rear in hams and glutes. Back is thick, Posing needs work.

                  END Class.
I agree Shawn.. as does everyone else judges etc... those things will be corrected by the IFBB North Americans 2011!!! See you There!
