Light Heavyweight Bryan Pazdzierz looks for redemption from USAs and preps for NPC Nationals

Last July, at the USA Championships in Las Vegas, Pazdzierz felt he was on track to win his class until he ate a fast food hamburger and got sick. This time around he and his guru George Farah think they have it all dialed in. In this video, the 5'4"Pazdzierz trains shoulders four weeks out from the 2010 NPC Nationals in Atlanta. During his workout, we hear about how things went wrong at the USAs, how he got into bodybuilding, working with George Farah, and how the martial arts have helped him become a better bodybuilder.

LOL at the food poisoning idea everyone comes up with. People dont get food poisoning that often AT ALL. And if your eating the same shit the same way you have been all prep, prolly not gonna happen. Its a good excuse for people that fuck up with diuretics and other drugs, or have bad reactions. Period.

Real thick, but man, crazy vascularity! Not a shy one, either. Should do well.

Anyone notice the shape of his right bicep? Looks like he's had an injury or something to it?

No kidding. Has to be pretty bad if we can make it out on camera. We have all dealt with that, some just dont get lucky and have bad scarring. Looks pretty good from the video. He probably will place very well. Oh yeah definetly a bicep tear. My dad tore his in the same area (right at the shoulder) looks the same.

Lots of muscle grainy conditioning, but has that drug abuse look to the muscles, I dont harp on the steroid thing, nothing wrong with athletes taking it. But some people muscles look healthy with it some dont. His dont.
