Shawn Ray and Hany Rambod tell us what to expect at the USA Championships - which is pretty much keep your eyes peeled open because it's going to be one exciting contest!

There's at least 5 Super Heavies that have come in huge, proportioned and shredded. Same for the Heavy weights. These boys aint be messin' around. The same goes for the lighter classes. There are favorites like Al Auguste or Robert Burnieka but someone that sneaked in under the wire or that jumped up or down a weight class can still affect the expected turnout.

It should be an exciting contest this year.

Its going to be a great show.

I would like to see a winner jump right into the Europa Super Show instead of waiting 2 years .

For me this is the most interesting show of the year to date, including pro shows.
The Supers this year must be the best ever quality of any amateur show I would imagine?

No idea in speculating who will win before pics I feel, the only thing I am sure of is that it will be a lot of talk after the win is settled, a lot of dissappointment I would guess. Since there cant be a clear winner in the supers?

I honestly think sites like MD and all the people following this sport now has made an impact on the quality in shows like this one.

So much more interest from fans, much more videos, supp companies, interviews etc..

          VAMOS everyone who brought it!

ALBERTO PACHECO LOOKS READY AFTER WEIGHING IN YESTERDAY.

                THE BATAMWEIGHT WINNER?

                Jimmy Nguyen

This bodybuilder came to win, I don't see anyone in his class in better conditioning. Only a miracle that happened last night after weighins could, would, should beat him?

THE EYES DON'T LIE!! THE WINNER OF THE LIGHTWEIGHTS, JIMMY NGUYEN!

USA's is gonna be a great show and a good precursor to the Europa! Mr. Jon Lindsay sure knows how to hold an event, as all his west coast shows are superb, and this in no exception, damn near 600 competitors, WOW! Stay up to date with the play by play and be sure to catch the last bber standing on Saturday with the covented title of "Mr. USA '10". -B

Burneika FTW. Only problem he's so big up top, makes his hammies look a little small.

Is Branden Ray not competing this year?
