He is undoubtedly one of the best ambassadors to the sport of bodybuilding. The guy looks 'tired' but nevertheless very atriculated.

Nice job MD on showing these appearances and other cool things like Burnieka's old gym in Lithuania or wherever he came from. More interesting than the typical "so and so trains back."

Interviewer asks, "How do you get muscles like that?"

I hope some of the guys who stated that Jay dosen't do anything to promote the sport of BB watches this. They had a thread here a while back that said Jay didn't try to promote BB, which is BS. Jay is tired because he is a hard worker and always on the go. Props to him.

I'd lke to see a video of the interview that didn't go so well.

Jay is an excellent ambassador for bodybuilding.

A great ambassador of the sport, he might not have the most Olympia wins but he certainly is one of the best Mr. O's ever because he is willing to do stuff like this on his Friday mornings.

Jay had two hours of sleep the night before. We met at 7:30am to leave for the radio station so I am sure he was up way before that. He said he was doing cardio at 2am actually that morning. He was falling asleep in the car between locations and fell asleep in the green room while we waited for him to go on his 11:00am live spot on the morning tv show. Right after that we went back to the hotel where Jay slept until about 4:30 or so when I woke him up so we could get in a workout. Jay was tired to say the least but was a great sport!

Stay tuned. Tonight I am working on the video of his guest posing appearance at the Mid-Atlantic Classic from tonight.
