How do you come up with all of your past bodybuilding history Shawn? I'm very impressed, that shows me that you still have that passion for bb'ing after all these years. It's been 3 years since my victory at the TU and it still seems like yesterday. Getting that overall and a pro card is something I will always cherish. Shawn, thanks for remembering the past champions. Faildo

Not alot of big or well-known names on there.

But it is still a great show none the less.

Luis is very good - I competed with him back at the 2005 NPC New England and back then I knew he could eventually kick some national-level BW ass.

Anyone who gets the chance, grab a workout at Strong and Shapely. Warning, you will be BUMMED that you can't train there all the time. Bob has so much amazing current and vintage equipment that for a true meathead it's like you died and went to Gym Heaven.

Bob, you know if I was that close to your gym my ass would be there!
Sadly, I wont be attending the Team U, we have plenty of MD Staff that live locally to handle this show so I will resurface next week at the PBW Tampa Pro!

It will be nice for the athletes since the show was moved to Hackensack, NJ from NYC, to be closer to your gym that they will be exposed to one of the Best East Coast Gyms on the Planet!

See you soon, maybe USA or Olympia brother!

                              One thing I won't miss about not doing Team U - it's a LONG-ASS SHOW!!!

I think we had 325 in the show last year, probably more this time I bet.
