    IFBB Bikini Pro Nathalia Melo caught up with MD to take the MD viewers thru a Brazilian Butt Workout. Nathalia talks about her background and how she got into the sport of bikini. Nathalia talks about the changes she has made and her quest to become the 2011 Arnold Bikini Champion.

    Also of note: Nathalia was on the cover of Fitness ** for Women and also MD's Major Distraction this month for the 2011 Arnold Edition.

                          Hey I got a question, can girls with almost no booty, train they ass like her, can they end up with a round ass?
                          Or its like boobs, genetics?

                            If ya have a flat ass the most ya can get is a small lift from working out hard and it takes years to develop great gluteal muscles, It wont get big bubbly and round if ya have a flat ass or a way giggly butt, but ya can get it to tighten up a bit or get a butt implant. I know a year ago there were some figure competitors who had done so to improve their backsides.... Anyways best Strength training exercises which are known to significantly strengthen the gluteus maximus include squat and the deadlift, straight back deadlifts and leg press will also uses the gluteus maximus to the max .

                              If you are not built like Alexis Texas or Sara Jay, no amount of squats or lunges will help.
