Yeah consistency is an issue but he was so lean last week all he had to do is watch his carbs and he's in like Flint.

                    Hey guys,

This 2011 Australian Pro Grand Prix should be a fun event. According to the latest info we have there are eight competitors. Expected on stage tonight are:

Grigori Atoyan, recently took 7th place in the inaugural Flex Pro Championships, February 19th in Santa Monica. Some thought Atoyan would be the dark horse at the Flex Pro, but that was not to be.

This is how he looked at the prejudging of the Flex Pro with assessment by George Farah (GF) and Shawn Ray (SR).

                    Grigori Atoyan
                    GF:
Greg looks good! Hams are in. Crazy calves! Big arms!
                    SR:
Hard and good shape! Nice from the front; soft from the rear.

Also on stage tonight will be AD Cherry. Cherry competed at the Flex Pro as wel,l but did not make the top 16. Here is what he looked like at the Flex Pro prejudging with George and Shawn's comments:

                    AD Cherry

                    GF:
Great symmetry and shape. Could be tighter in the hams and glute area.
SR: Tiny waist! Side shots are pleasant, but no wow factor. Torn pec still visible. Tad soft from rear.

Ben Pakulski is also making this his third competition in four weeks. This is what he looked like at the Flex Pro when he took fifth place:

                    Ben Pakulski:
                    GF:
Great! Very good from the front! Good condition, lower back could be tighter.
SR: Big freaking legs!!!!! Good serratus; great tan! Hams are shredded! Big rear delts, but needs back detail to match thickness! Big boy. Interesting to see where they put him.

And this is how he looked at the Arnold Classic last weekend, where he placed 10th:

                    Ben Pakulski:
Flex Wheeler: better than he was at Flex Pro! A bit drier, crazy Quads and calves. Needs some more Back thickness, glutes are ripped.
Shawn Ray: Big Full and Thick Canadian in the house! Calves are sick big! A tad soft from the side, Big shoulders shallow back!

Dan Hill took 13th at the Flex Pro. Here is what he looked like three weeks ago:

                    Dan Hill

                    GF:
Needs more Arms overall. He is young, 24.
                    SR:
Slight on the "Size" end of things, tad soft here. Color is light, conditioning needs to be more detailed.

Johnnie Jackson took seventh place in the Arnold:

                    Johnnie Jackson:
FW: Looks as good as he has ever been! Big, Full Hard, Hams are in, impressive! He is on for him!
SR: Working with George Farah looks good! Wide thick and muscular! Best he's been in agile!

But tonight all eyes will be on Dennis Wolf who placed fourth in the Flex Pro and second in the Arnold. Here is a shot of the Big Bad Wolf at the Arnold with Shawn and Flex's assessments:

                    Dennis Wolf:
FW: Sharper than Flex Pro. out of shape he is out of the mix In shape he can battle! Looks like he is Battling today!
SR: Sharper than Flex Pro, Color a tad Orange, Good Side Poses! Stomach control needs work. Small waist, Shoulders improved!

This is the year of Johnnie Jackson.

Just look at the intensity of his workouts with Branch Warren. Combined with working with George Farah, Johnnie is going to be noticed this year.

Also on the list is Michael Kefalianos. The Greek/Australian did a whopping six competitions last year and every show he fell just short of qualifying for the Mr Olympia. Has he made the improvements he needs to pull it off in his first show in 2011? We shall see.

Here he is at the 2010 Europa Super Show where he took fifth place:

Darryn Onekawa of Rotorua, the Mr New Zealand 2005 winner, is also confirmed.
