    You have to love how Dorian just explains things and its like "of course".

    It really seems like a common sense approach to training but everyone has different training methods that work for them.

      Dorian Rocks. And I agree with you Jay Myers. Everything Dorian says makes sense.

        dorian is by far my role model in bodybuilding. i do the best i can to mirror his approach everyday.

          I'm using the HIT. Works pretty good, I don't spend a lot of time in the gym (I would want to but I don't have time to waste) I am always quite sore after a workout, and It works for me. I don't know why there wasn't anybody to ask Dorian to bust out a couple of poses, he looks like he is in a nice shape for a 49 year old..even though his left arm looks like he doesn't use it at all. (I know he tore both his tricep and bicep on that arm)
