          It's so sick how you alwys start these videos with obscure metal songs that I always listen to which happen to be some of my favorites. 40 below summer - "rope" was one of the first songs that I listened to when I got into training. MD is on top of their music game.

                      Been an inspiration to me since I first got into bodybuilding back in 2002.
