    With less than 2 weeks out from the NY Pro, Jose Raymond talks about his new approach to to bodybuilding.* After deciding to do his own diet this year, he took 2 months off of training and gave his body a complete rest. Jose also discusses how he "went back to his roots" and started doing more cardio to get shredded and mentions the importance of training heavy up to the day of the contest to maintain muscle density.

              Jose (if you read this), any reason for going so narrow on the barbell shoulder press? More range of motion?
