Oscar Ardon takes Keith Williams through his quarter turns at Gold's Gym here in Las Vegas. Keith's placed second at the USA and Nationals last year so this is the time to break that streak and capture the number one spot. With the help of Stan Efferding and Oscar Ardon, hopefully Keith will have hit that combination for a home run.

his waist is way better for sure, but his legs are still lacking of separation, something is missing but anyway he'll be in the top spots for sure. Still Kuclo and juan morel have better overall physique imo.Comment
