ABSOLUTELY OWNS EVERYONE ON WORK ETHIC!

My training partner and I once saw Fouad doing a leg day a year or so ago and stopped to ask him a question between his sets, next thing we knew we were helping him strip 2 plates at a time off a fully stacked leg press; one of the most intense things I've seen in person.

          VERY GOOD VIDEO.....

On leg day you need 3 guys total in my opinion, thats how you really push yourself on certain movements like leg press and hacksquat!

Hoss is working his way up. He will outwork everyone just like Branch did. Hoss may never be Mr.O. But if he keeps doing what he is doing he can nab an Arnold Classic one day. Heart will beat genetics.

Poor judging. Heart should never beat genetics, as cruel as that sounds (because we are talking about aesthetics). It can happen, but it shouldn't.

I agree it shouldnt happen, because all that would mean is that the guy with the better genetics is just lazy. But I mean look at a guy like Branch, like him or hate him, just looks at what he has been able to accomplish against men with far better genetics. Even a guys like Ronnie, if you look at the earlier years his legs were very subpar, but he was able to get them to the point that they were some of the best in history. Yes some people have such bad genetics that no matter what they couldnt compete at the top, but no matter the genetics you can transform your body into something rediculous with enough hard work.
