Have to agree lookeed a bit more than 6%. I hope he does well but nailing his conditioning seems to be a problem for him. I never understand the point of bodybuilders lately with all these one rep massive lifts. I get it for powerlifting but it seem less weight and more reps would be more suited for the goal of bodybuilding.

In regards to Grimez? Just curious what you meant by that.

He is a big and thick dude, but by no means 6% BF - if i had to guess it is around 10%, with a couple a lbs of water weight.
                          He needs more side/rear delts.

Thank you for all the compliments guys positive and negative. they allow me to remember I am a work in progress and help me to apply more effort. As for the numbers I only go by what the 9-site caliphers state. I never worry about the numbers only about how I look. Also these videos are lifts at the end of my working sets by the time i get to one rep I have done 6 to 7 sets of 15-1. Anyways hope to see you all at the Flex Pro. Stay well and God bless you all.

I wonder where he disappeared from a few years ago (from the pro stage)...big looking HUGE in that pic with the t-shirt on and the crossfit folks. Always had great thickness and huge guns...looking forward to the improvements he's made at the FLEX Pro Show.
