    PICK ONE EXERCISE PER BODYPART AND DO 100REPS IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE 100 REPS STOP THE EXERCISE AND COUNT DOWN THE SECONDS EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT OF REPS YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THEN CONTINUE THE EXERCISE TILL YOURFINISHED 100
    EX.
    I JUST FINISHED 60 REPS NOW I COUNT DOWN 40 SECONDS THEN I PICK UP THE EXERCISE AND PERFORM 40 REPS MORE IF I CAN ONLY DO 20 MORE I STOP AND COUNT TO 20 AND DO 20 MORE TILL I FINISH THE EXERCISE
    CONTINUE WITH 3 HOURS OF CARDIO
