    EACH EXERCISE SUPERSET FIRST 8 REPS THAN 6 REPS.
    CARDIO ADD ANOTHER 5 MINUTES EACH DAY.

    DO ALL THE MANDATORY POSES AFTER YOU TRAIN
    HOLD EACH ONE FOR 20 SEC. HEAR ARE THE POSES
    1)FRONT DOUBLE BI
    2)FRONT LAT SPREAD
    3)REAR DOUBLE BI
    4)FLEX EACH LEG
    5)ABDOMINAL
    6)SIDE CHEST

    TRAIN HARD YOU ALL HAVE DISCOVERED YOUR ROCKY INSIDE YOURSELFS
