    GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL WORKOUTS THE 1ST WEEK
    USE ALL CABLES WHERE POSSIBLE AND SQUEEZE EACH MUSCLE AT THE END AND HOLD FOR 3 SEC.
    ADD ANOTHER 10 MIN. CARDIO PER DAY
    TAKE OFF FRIDAY AND HAVE A NICE 3 DAY REST
