I read an article recommending that:
To gain muscle mass: 50 calories per pound of body weight / day
    example: a person of 80kg = 80x50 = 4000 calories daily.
and 3g of protein per pound of weight, and 6g of carbs per pound of weight.

And to lower the fat percentage: 35 calories per pound of body weight / day.
    example, a 80kg person = 80x35 = 2800 calories daily.
and 3g of protein per pound of weight, and a little more than 2 grams of carbs per pound of weight.
This is justified? It is more or less this? This kind of calculation proceeds?

    Thank's.
