    Your restaurant seems awesome, whenever I am in NY I will have to check it out. I don't have a pullover machine and read in the new MD issue that was a great workout to really bring out the back. What workout can I do to replace that since there isn't one at my gym? I asked Jay Cutler and haven't received an answer and it's been a few weeks.

    This must of gotten overlooked, you could always do cable pullovers or even dumbbell pullovers. Both hit the lats in slightly different angles, but it's still the same motion. Pullovers are great as they are the only lat exercise that doesn't engage the biceps! Best wishes.
