    For your two workouts during the day, I would suggest cardio in the morning and weight training in the afternoon. Chicken and Turkey are great sources of protein, especially as meal replacements. The amount of rice should be less than the amount of chicken per serving. Drink alot of water throughout your day, atleast 1 gallon. If you haven't tried a fat burner like Dren or Anadrox, I would suggest that before your workouts, especially cardio. One last thing, which is probably the most important, make sure you have a protein shake immediatley after your workout. You should look into Isofast-50 and Probolic-SR.
