  • Girlie... yet VERY important!!

    Hello, Ladies...

    Looking for suggestions please....

I always shop for gym kit/shoes/accessories when I travel to the US...however...no trips planned until at least November so....can any of you recommend an awesome website that sells cute yet practical gym kit, gym shoes, lifting straps/gloves etc....or maybe a store you know that has an online store also??

One great site means I can order and ship to the UK all in one go!!!

I thought clothing would be a diversion from all the cheesecake and candy talk!!!!

    Thank you!

I work for a fitness co so I get my gloves, straps and such from them.

Shoes I buy at Kolh's. Workout clothes at Target or Sports Authority when they have a good sale.

      I'm not much help.

I wonder if any of the ladies on here ever train without gloves when you lift heavy?

Would that be unsafe for risk of injuiry . . or just be tough on those lovely hands?

no gloves ever....only straps on occasion for deads or rows if heavy enough. gloves seem to make my grip worse, not better, so i don't use them.

Same here. I need to feel the weight. Straps or wraps are fine.
