The women's section here at Muscular Development are a zero tolerance area. This includes every female member of the forum.

Any insults or trolling no matter how subtle it is will be deleted & you will receive an infraction.

Second offense will be a vacation from the site. The length of the ban will be up to the acting moderator.

    I had two hernias for about 4 monthes before I got them diagnosed right and surgically repaired. I actually got in better shape from them because I changed all my weights to high reps and my body responded very well to it. Im sorry to hear that you have one.

    yep, at the belly button. Just popped out on thurs....2 weeks out from the New York Pro show. Keeping an eye on it and taking it easy, but of course not too easy. What timing!!

    They want to operate asap. As soon as I get home, I go in.

    where is it at?

    The umbilical hernia is common, its actually an "outty" belly button.

    you should get it corrected. monitor it! if its burning, hot to the touch, getting hard, passing blood in urine or stool, etc you need to see a doc asap!

    lower and upper hernias are a problem and you should get surgery
