Read it again, it depends on cooking and the exact cut. But for your sake I will tell you 6 gm per oz for chicken.

Hey Tad, quick question. Is wild rice okay to eat? Just for some variety between brown and white rice.
By the way, awesome pictures. Good luck at the Masters

Yes wild rice is fine, jasmine rice is a good choice too. But most people respond quickly to rice and depending on what your goals are for your diet you may want a lower glycemic answer to rice as a main carb source.

LOL.... That is canned oxygen! It helps me when my blood volume is down because of dehydration and lost water. It helps super saturate my blood with Oxygen and I don't feel like I am going to pass out on stage. LOL.. Works, I love the stuff!

Question of the day.... Should I do the North Americans or take a break and continue to improve my physique? Any thoughts from anyone?

while im here Im in contest prep and 10 weeks out...Been doing keto for 4 weeks now and Im loving the results! it is really giving me the WOW factor..only thing is that after I refeed..I feel like crap the next day...very very sluggish and like I need to sleep for the entire day...Ive been doing things like lean cuisine 6" pizzas (low fat etc) mini pancakes, bagels, and Im a mt dew freak (lol) so I have one or two of them on my refeed...any suggestions or is this typical? I feel as if I should be ready to go especially after the refeed...

    Thanks for the encouragement.

As for your refeed.... what you are experiencing is common. Your body is really burning different fuels now while on a keto diet and so carbs just aren't going to feel good especially highly processed ones like cane sugar (like your MT Dew). I suggest keep your refeed cleaner and go with sushi, or a good ole steak and potato dinner. You can eat this and still fill up on some carbs and not feel quite as bad. Good luck.

I have only done one, the Masters Nats. But I have a hard time doing more becuase I work with so many competitors and I don't like to diet while I help them becuase it takes time away from them a little. I am just so busy with competitors it is too hard to focus so one usually is manageable. But i feel compelled to do the NAM.

Tad, are typically having cheat days in your diet? If so, how it would look like?
What's the lowest amount of carbs you were on? (let's say how much were you taking 2 weeks out?)
    Thanks.
